BLKD is a print on demand company (POD) and as such MOST orders will enter a printing period after purchase at a partner facillity. We don’t print any merchandise in house, we only handle the design work. With that being said please allow 3-7 days for your order to print before shipping information can be provided to you. Our partners are on strict timelines for printing as per their POD agreement and if any delays are expected a refund will be issued to you from us. Please be aware that since we don’t stock any pre-printed items on hand any size or quality issues will be resolved in the form of a refund as we can’t ship you a replacement. We try to add size descriptions to every item and pride ourselves in the highest quality we are able to provide to the customer. If you wish to return the item you can ship the item back at your exspense for a full refund. A 5% discount code can be provided to you if you wish to purchase an item in a larger or smaller size to offset return shipping costs. 

*Only once the item has been returned will a refund be issued. You must clearly state what the size or defect issue was with the item prior to returning it*

We understand this can be frustrating but please understand that we have experience theft of items by issuing refunds prematurely. We have also had items returned that was not the original item in exchange for a refund before we recieved the item back to us, so for this we apologize. If you notice any defect in printing please make us aware of the situation within 24 hours so we can notify the printer. We do not print the items ourselves so it’s importaint to us we catch any flaws from being shipped to other customers.
