Thank you for your interest in our program and for choosing sterilization! Here we will outline the terms of our program, please read them carefully. We do not offer funding but rather funding campaigns for the procedure you desire. Once you submit your application we will create a campaign for you to share. All funding campaigns will be shared on our social media pages for  our audience to donate to your procedure. BLKD will take 20% of the total funds you recieve via your funding campaign. Our payment system will be charged 2.89% for a total of 22.89% of funds that will be taken out of your campaign funding. We have accounted for this for each procedure and set the donation goal above what your procedure should cost. Once your funding goal is met we will contact you to setup your procedure, you will be required to have a consultation with the clinic of your choice. *Please note* the consultation will not be covered by the funding. Most of the consultations cost little or nothing to you out of pocket. Once you have an estimate from the clinic of your choice you will need to send us an estimate with the clinics name, total cost, and  phone number on the document. We will then contact the clinic directly and send the payment to them for your procedure. We are not responsible for injury or death of the patient during surgery. By applying to our program you aknowledge we are only a fundraising service for your desired procedure. Should you change your mind and not pursue the surgery all funds will be kept or returned to BLKD. Should you not have the procedure done within 60 days of your first missed scheduled surgery date all funds will be returned and kept by BLKD. In addition to help you meet your funding goals we offer ad boosts on our social media platforms. These products are virtual and non refundable advertising funds for your campaign. These ad boosts aren’t required to apply but rather help you to meet your funding goals by showing your campaign to a larger audiance.
